• Contract elaboration and/or revision of cession, transference of company brands and/or patents or other elements of Intellectual Property throughout the year.
• Appearance in negotiation of brand and/or patents cessions for the company or other elements of Intellectual Property throughout the year in which the presence of the lawyer is required.
• Creation and execution of Power of Attorney when needed.
• Important discounts when incorporating new companies, increase of capital and other statutory reforms; as well as in brand and patent registries and other elements of Intellectual Property; and in sponsorship specific cases (from 10% to 40% discount, depending on the nature of the case and according to the selected tariff plan).
