ARTURO DIAZ & ASOCIADOS LAW OFFICES, has become in recent years one of the few firms specialized in the registry of vegetal varieties for agricultural species, fruit trees and ornamental in Peru and taking into account that the derived services of registries of vegetal varieties initiated by our clients in the past years and along with the need to complement these with additional specialization, in 2005, a specialized area was created for the registration and maintenance of AGRICULTURAL VEGETAL VARIETIES, FRUIT TREES AND ORNAMENTALS and AGRO-CHEMICAL PRODUCTS. It is for this reason that our firm is accredited before the agrarian offices in Peru to represent all our clients in the registration, maintenance and import of products with agrarian permission.

We have full-time specialized engineers accredited before the ministry of agriculture SENASA, INRENA (environment) and DIGESA (human health) for carrying out the necessary efficacy tests in an effort to comply with all the proceedings required.
